The cooler features a modular waterblock that measures 120 by 120 by 79 mm. This compact footprint allows builders to install a standard 120 mm fan directly onto the block. The design integrates three 120 mm cooling fans for the radiator section. This setup offers an effective method for dissipating heat from both the CPU and the VRM area.

The pump unit runs between 800 and 3,300 RPM using a 3-phase 6-pole motor. SilverStone equipped the pump with ceramic bearings to reduce friction and noise.
