KTC Prism Q27 Plus Monitor Launches at Around $147 for 275Hz 2K Gaming

KTC has launched the Prism Q27 Plus, a 27-inch gaming monitor that targets budget-conscious buyers looking for high refresh rates. This release matters because it offers a 275Hz panel at a price point significantly lower than many competitors, making high-speed gaming more accessible. We have seen similar high-refresh displays, but this model cuts the cost to bring the technology to a wider audience.

The monitor utilizes a Fast IPS panel with a native resolution of 2560×1440, which we consider the sweet spot for modern PC gaming. It achieves a 275Hz refresh rate through overclocking, providing smoother visuals for fast-paced titles. The display supports 10-bit color depth via 8-bit plus Frame Rate Control, ensuring accurate color reproduction for both gaming and creative work.
