Here are three big series for the PC gamer to pick up during this weekend to add to the library. Whether it's Resident Evil, Dying Light or the Tomb Raider games – there's something discounted across the board of PC stores to pick up. This is a perfect opportunity to fill in some classic survival horror or action-adventure titles for less. And if you've missed out on prior sales, you're in luck as you can now save on them.
Weekend discounts cover base games from major horror and action franchises
For this weekend's sales, there are a bunch of different titles for the Resident Evil, Dying Light and Tomb Raider series. These are some big, well-known series that occupy an important space for horror and action game enthusiasts on PC. And this is for games on standard PC storefronts. This way, you're able to easily find the specific game you're looking for without having to search through multiple regional stores.
For this particular round of sales, it's the base games of these three big series on discount. When it comes to Resident Evil, there's a wide range of survival horror gaming to be had from classic to modern. Dying Light offers an open world zombie survival experience with some fluid parkour elements thrown in for good measure.
Then with Tomb Raider it's an action-adventure third-person story full of deep puzzle solving. Prices will vary depending on the specific title in the franchise.
These weekend sales are an extension of the common trend of seasonal PC game sales. Earlier this month, we touched on something of the same theme for 007 First Light and Indiana Jones on a similar note. But this weekend's specific sales are geared towards focusing on some horror and action-adventure games.
There's a good opportunity to get your hands on some of these well-known series at a more affordable cost. If you're in the market for these particular franchises, make sure to check out your local storefronts for prices.
