Chinese storage component manufacturers are reporting unprecedented financial gains for the first half of 2026. Soaring storage prices have triggered a massive profit surge across the industry. This shift marks a dramatic turnaround from recent losses and signals a high prosperity cycle for the sector. Market participants should note that supply constraints are driving significant value increases for storage hardware.

Chinese manufacturers report unprecedented earnings as supply constraints boost margins

Longsys leads the earnings reports with a projected net profit of 9.2 to 11 billion RMB. This figure represents a 622x to 743x increase compared to the same period last year. The company operates as a key player in the Chinese A-share storage market. Their results reflect the broader trend of price-driven revenue growth.

GigaDevice expects to report 11.5 billion RMB in revenue, up 177% year-over-year. Their net profit is projected at 6.9 billion RMB, a 1099% increase. Shannon Semiconductor anticipates a net profit between 3.5 and 4 billion RMB. This marks a 2117% to 2434% jump in earnings. Ingenic forecasts a net profit of 1.079 to 1.282 billion RMB, rising 431% to 531%.

Demingli shows a recovery from previous losses with a projected net profit of 5.7 to 6.5 billion RMB. This is a 4932% to 5611% increase. Biwin Storage reports a similar rebound, expecting 7 to 7.5 billion RMB in net profit. That figure represents a 3200% to 3421% rise. These numbers confirm the severity of the current market upcycle.

The industry attributes these gains to high prosperity cycles in the storage sector. Prices have risen sharply, boosting margins for all major manufacturers. Longsys, GigaDevice, Shannon Semiconductor, Ingenic, Demingli, and Biwin all report double or triple-digit percentage growth. The data confirms a synchronized recovery across the Chinese storage component supply chain.
