Intel's Razor Lake AX processors may adopt on-package memory, according to leaker Haze2K1. The design, known as MoP, was previously used in the Core Ultra 200V Lunar Lake chips.
Leaker suggests MoP return with OEM memory procurement
The leaker suggests MoP will return, possibly with OEM memory procurement and SMT assembly. Razor Lake AX is expected to be Intel's first platform competing with AMD's Halo processors.
Another leaker, identified as Jinzhu Upgrade Pack, also stated on May 8 that MoP will return in the future. The claims are unverified.
Intel has not confirmed the Razor Lake AX design or its specifications. The timeline for the platform remains unclear.
