The new tier expands usage limits five times compared to the standard Google AI Pro plan. Subscribers gain access to Deep Think and Nano Banana Pro models. The Ultra 20x tier remains available at a monthly price of 30,200 yen.
Google AI Ultra 5x costs 14,500 yen per month. This pricing applies only to monthly billing cycles. Annual payment options are not available for this specific plan.
The updated lineup now includes four distinct tiers. The entry-level Google AI Plus plan starts at 1,200 yen monthly. The mid-range Pro option costs 2,900 yen per month.
