DDR5 memory prices in Germany continue to climb, hitting 419% of July 2025 levels in June 2026. The average price index rose from 414% to 419% month-over-month, according to 3D Center. Some high-capacity kits are approaching four-figure price tags.

High-capacity kits see steep increases
The 2x 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL28 kit rose by 22% in one month, nearing 1000 Euros (about $1,159). This kit has been heavily impacted by the recent price increases. In contrast, the 2x 16 GB DDR5-6000 CL28 kit saw a price drop from 464 to 417 Euros.
The price index measures the cost of DDR5 memory relative to July 2025 baseline. The 419% figure is an average across various memory kits and retailers. Not all kits are increasing; some configurations are becoming cheaper.
The report did not include the 2x 32 GB DDR5-6400 CL32 kit. The data covers only the German market and may not reflect global trends. Buyers considering a DDR5 purchase should keep a close watch on prices.
