Thermal Grizzly has launched a pre-delidded version of the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus processor. The chip is designed for enthusiasts who want to use direct-die cooling solutions.
Arrow Lake architecture with 24 cores
The processor is based on the Arrow Lake architecture and features 24 cores, with 8 performance cores and 16 efficient cores. It has a maximum turbo frequency of 5.5 GHz, 36 MB of L3 cache, and 40 MB of L2 cache. The base power is 125 W, and the maximum turbo power is 250 W.

The TG Delidded Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus is priced at 450 USD (about $450) in the US and 449 EUR (about $524) in Europe. It is available globally starting May 15, 2025. Each unit includes a warranty and a USB drive containing test data.
Thermal Grizzly claims that direct-die cooling significantly reduces core temperatures under high load. The company has not confirmed any additional details about the product.
