The 1TB model reaches 7000 MB/s sequential read and 6100 MB/s sequential write speeds. Random read and write performance for the 1TB model reaches 710K and 750K IOPS respectively.

The 2TB model maintains 7000 MB/s sequential read speed. Its sequential write speed increases to 6400 MB/s. Random read and write performance for the 2TB model reaches 760K and 870K IOPS. The 4TB model also reaches 7000 MB/s sequential read speed. Its sequential write speed matches the 2TB model at 6400 MB/s.
