Vendor displays AMD Instinct MI355X rack with 96 GPUs alongside NVIDIA Blackwell systems
The vendor introduced two main server chassis for AMD Instinct MI350X and MI355X GPUs. The G8825Z5 model houses the air-cooled MI350X accelerator. The G4826Z5 system supports liquid cooling for the MI355X GPU.
MiTAC demonstrated a 52U rack containing twelve G4825Z5 servers and ninety-six AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs. It also displayed enterprise PCIe accelerator cards based on the MI350P chip. The systems use Solidigm Gen 5 SSDs, Micron Gen 6 drives, DDR5-6400 memory, and Micron E1.S storage.
The G8825Z5 platform integrates Akash Systems Diamond Cooling technology for thermal management. MiTAC also exhibited NVIDIA MGX architecture servers powered by sixth-generation AMD EPYC processors and Blackwell B200 GPUs.
MiTAC showed these server configurations at Computex 2026 in Taiwan. The company highlighted its focus on high-performance computing and enterprise AI infrastructure during the event.
The vendor confirmed hardware availability for air-cooled, liquid-cooled, and PCIe accelerator formats. It did not list pricing or release dates for any of the showcased systems.
