MECHREVO Jiaoyunshi 15 Air Launches with RTX 5060 for $1,770

The MECHREVO Jiaoyunshi 15 Air launches in China on July 28, 2024, offering a high-performance gaming laptop under $1,800. Priced at 11,999 CNY (around $1,770), or 10,499 CNY (around $1,549) with a government subsidy, the laptop offers a balance of performance and portability for its target market. The Spruce Green version targets buyers who want portability and strong graphics performance in a single package.

1.5kg gaming laptop with 240Hz OLED and 170W power delivery

The laptop pairs an Intel Core Ultra 7 356H processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. Intel provides 16 cores and 16 threads for the CPU, while the GPU delivers 115W of total graphics power. The Intel Core Ultra 7 356H processor paired with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card provides the computational power needed for gaming and content creation.

MECHREVO equips the Jiaoyunshi 15 Air with 32GB of LPDDR5X memory running at 8533MT/s and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. The 15.6-inch OLED display offers a 2560×1600 resolution, a 240Hz refresh rate, and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. The screen also holds Pantone certification for accurate color reproduction.

The chassis weighs approximately 1.5kg and houses a 75Wh battery. MECHREVO claims the laptop can achieve up to 17 hours of battery life under specific conditions. The system includes a 210W SiC charger that supports 140W PD charging and provides ports for Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, and MiniDP 2.1.
