Mechrevo has launched the Canglong 16 Ultra, a high-performance gaming laptop that supports external water cooling. The system pairs an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX processor with an NVIDIA RTX 5080 GPU.

External water cooling boosts total power to 285W
The laptop is built around AMD's Ryzen 9 9955HX, a 16-core, 32-thread CPU with a maximum boost clock of 5.4 GHz and 80 MB of cache. The GPU is an NVIDIA RTX 5080 with 16 GB of VRAM and 1334 TOPS of AI performance.

The Canglong 16 Ultra comes with 32 GB of RAM and a 2 TB SSD. Its display is a 2560×1600 panel with a 300 Hz refresh rate, 500 nits brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, and Delta E < 1.
Cooling includes a triple-fan, five-heat-pipe design with phase-change thermal paste. The laptop also supports an external water cooling loop, which enables a total system power of 285 W.

The keyboard offers 1.4 mm key travel, full key rollover, and 16 million color RGB backlighting with 54 LEDs. Ports include HDMI 2.1, MiniDP 2.1, Type-C, USB-A, and RJ-45. A 1080P IR infrared camera is built in.
The Canglong 16 Ultra is available now in China for 18999 CNY (about $2,797). It includes a 420W SiC power adapter and a 99 Wh battery.
