LG has launched the UltraGear 45GX950B monitor in Japan. The 44.5-inch display uses a WOLED panel with Micro Lens Array technology and an 800R curvature.

The monitor supports a dual-mode refresh rate: 165Hz at its native 5K2K WUHD resolution (5120 x 2160) and 330Hz at WFHD. It has a 0.03ms response time and is VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified. Typical brightness is 275 nits, with a peak of 1300 nits in HDR. The contrast ratio is 1,500,000:1. Color coverage includes 100% sRGB and 98.5% DCI-P3, with 10-bit color depth.

Connectivity includes DisplayPort 2.1, two HDMI 2.1 ports, and a USB-C port with 90W power delivery, plus two USB-A ports. The monitor also features 7W x2 speakers with AI sound. It supports G-Sync Compatible and FreeSync Premium Pro variable refresh rates. The stand offers height adjustment of 120mm, tilt from -10 to 15 degrees, and swivel of +/-10 degrees.
The monitor is now available for pre-order in Japan. LG has not confirmed pricing or a wider release window.
