Intel's first Wildcat Lake laptops have appeared on JD.com for pre-order in China. The models from Honor and ASUS are expected to ship on May 18 or May 22. These are the first devices powered by the Core Series 3 processor, codenamed Wildcat Lake.
Honor and ASUS models listed for pre-order
The Core Series 3 uses a mix of Cougar Cove performance cores and Darkmont efficiency cores. It offers up to six CPU cores in a 2P+4E configuration. The integrated GPU is a 2-core Xe3 design. The chip includes an NPU5 with 40 TOPS of AI compute. All SKUs have a 15W base power and a 35W maximum TDP.

The Honor model is listed at 9999 RMB (about $1,466), though that price is a placeholder. Availability in China begins on May 18 or May 22, depending on the specific listing.
Intel claims the Core Series 3 delivers up to 2.1x faster creation and productivity and up to 2.7x faster AI performance compared to the Core 7 150U. The company also claims up to 64% lower processor power versus that chip. The laptops come in 14-inch and 16-inch sizes.

Intel has not confirmed the exact launch window beyond the JD.com listings. The final pricing and full specifications remain to be detailed by the company.
