iFlytek's latest wearable, the AI Glasses, brings live translation and an AI assistant to a lightweight frame. Weighing just 40 grams, the glasses aim to make real-time language help hands-free and unobtrusive.
Lightweight design with resin waveguide lenses
The glasses use fully laminated resin waveguide lenses, which are more durable than traditional glass. They have received SGS Comfort Certification, suggesting they are designed for extended wear.
Specifications
- Weight: 40 grams
- Lens type: Fully laminated resin waveguide
- Microphones: Six omnidirectional bone conduction
- Translation languages: Up to 122 live, 18 offline
- AI assistant: GlassClaw
Audio capture relies on six omnidirectional bone conduction microphones. These pick up sound through the skull, reducing background noise and making voice input clearer in noisy environments.

Translation is a core feature. The glasses support live translation of up to 122 languages, with offline support for 18 languages. An integrated camera can translate signs, documents, and menus, overlaying the translation on the lenses. The device can also project two languages simultaneously during conversations.
A personal AI assistant called GlassClaw is built in. It can handle complex tasks across devices with a single spoken command. Physical controls on the temples double as page turners for the teleprompter function.
The iFlytek AI Glasses are available for pre-order in China at 4299 CNY (about $634). iFlytek has not disclosed technical details such as camera resolution, battery life, or Bluetooth version.
The glasses combine translation, AI assistance, and a lightweight design in a single wearable. For users who need on-the-go language help, they offer a practical alternative to handheld translators.
