GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5060 OC Model Launches with WINDFORCE Cooling

GIGABYTE has announced a new OC model of its GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card, the GV-N5060GAMING OCV2-8GD. CFD Co., Ltd. will begin selling this variant in Japan on May 27, 2026. The update focuses on enhanced cooling performance and a higher clock speed compared to standard models.

Enhanced cooling system delivers higher clock speeds for gaming performance

The card features GIGABYTE's WINDFORCE cooling system equipped with three Hawk Fans. These fans deliver a 12.5% increase in airflow and a 53.6% improvement in static pressure over previous designs. The cooler also incorporates Alternate Spinning technology, which rotates adjacent fans in opposite directions to reduce turbulence. A 3D Active Fan feature stops the blades during low-load periods to minimize noise. Server-grade thermal gel is applied between the heatsink and GPU die to improve heat transfer efficiency.
