ASUS ProArt PZ14 Laptop Launches in China with Snapdragon X2 Elite

ASUS has listed the ProArt PZ14 (HT7407) on e-commerce platforms in China. The company announced the device on April 30, 2024. This model represents a new entry in the ProArt lineup for creative professionals. The laptop targets users who require high performance in a portable form factor.

The ProArt PZ14 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite processor. The specific model identifier is X2E-88-100. It includes 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 1TB PCIe SSD for storage. The device utilizes a 14.0-inch flexible OLED touchscreen with a 2880×1800 resolution. The display supports a 144Hz refresh rate and holds VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification.

ASUS designed the chassis to be exceptionally thin and light. The laptop measures 9mm in thickness and weighs approximately 0.79kg. It is constructed from CNC aluminum alloy and carries an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance. Connectivity options include two USB-C ports supporting 40Gbps speeds and an SD Express card reader. The system also supports Wi-Fi 7 with 320MHz channel width.

The device is priced at 12999 CNY, which is about $1,900. It became available for purchase in China starting May 6, 2024, at 10:00. The ProArt PZ14 integrates a 75Wh battery and Dolby Atmos certified dual speakers. It also includes a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP IR front camera for video calls.
