Clock speeds vary between the two new models. The standard TUF-RTX5080-16G-BTF-GAMING ships with a default boost clock of 2617 MHz, while its OC mode reaches 2640 MHz. The pre-overclocked variant, labeled TUF-RTX5080-O16G-BTF-GAMING, starts at 2700 MHz by default and pushes to 2730 MHz in overclock mode.
Power delivery represents a key differentiator for these BTF models. ASUS includes one standard 16-pin power connector alongside a detachable GC-HPWR gold finger adapter rated for up to 1000W. The design offers flexibility by supporting both standard power cables and the streamlined, rear-mounted connector style characteristic of the BTF platform.
