Biwin has launched the M560 Ling Suo, a new PCIe 5.0 solid-state drive. The drive is available in 1TB and 2TB capacities. It uses a single-sided design for compatibility with thin laptops and PlayStation 5 consoles.
Single-sided design enables thin laptop and PS5 compatibility
The M560 Ling Suo delivers sequential read speeds up to 11000 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 10000 MB/s. Random read and write performance reaches 1700K IOPS. The drive is a DRAM-less design that uses Host Memory Buffer and SLC Cache technology. It consumes less than 5.2W under load. A graphene heatsink helps manage thermals. The controller is built on a 6nm process, and the NAND is 3D TLC.
