ID-COOLING updated its Frostflow air cooler lineup with two new models, bringing higher airflow and better build quality to the budget segment. The release matters because these coolers target entry-level builders who need reliable thermal performance without spending much. The new units ship with closed-loop motor fans that offer improved durability and consistent speed compared to older sleeve-bearing designs.

The lineup includes the Frostflow 410 V2 and the Frostflow 620 V2, both designed for standard desktop CPU cooling tasks. The 410 V2 uses a single-tower design with four heat pipes and one fan, making it compact for smaller cases. The 620 V2 steps up to a dual-tower configuration with six heat pipes and two fans for heavier workloads.

Spec comparison

Both models utilize 120mm fans running at 2200 RPM to deliver up to 72 CFM of airflow and 3 mmAq of static pressure. The 410 V2 stands 151mm tall, while the larger 620 V2 reaches 157mm in height. Maximum noise output is capped at 30.5 dB(A), ensuring quiet operation during light computing tasks.

ID-COOLING includes a five-step quick-install bracket system that supports dual platforms for easy mounting on various motherboards. Both coolers come with a three-year warranty to cover manufacturing defects. The 410 V2 costs 79 CNY (around $11.76), and the 620 V2 is priced at 179 CNY (around $26.65).

These coolers became available in China on September 14, 2024. The 410 V2 serves as a low-cost solution for basic office or gaming PCs. The 620 V2 provides a more robust cooling option for users running higher-power processors.
