Company asserts Rubin chips ship in Oberon racks while Kyber plans remain unchanged

The dispute centers on claims from SemiAnalysis, which had suggested that Kyber racks equipped with Rubin Ultra chips were being pushed back to 2028. NVIDIA officially denied these reports, stating that the Rubin chips are currently shipping in Oberon racks. The Rubin Ultra chips will continue to ship in Kyber racks as originally planned.

SemiAnalysis had also previously reported that the Rubin Ultra design was scaled back from a quad-die configuration to a dual-die design. The Kyber racks are designed to scale up to 576 GPUs in the NVL576 configuration. NVIDIA has a history of quickly debunking similar rumors regarding Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra delays.
