Noctua is stepping outside its comfort zone. At Computex 2026, the cooling specialist announced its first mass-produced gaming peripheral: the Feinmann F01 mouse. It targets gamers who struggle with sweaty palms during long sessions.
Integrated fan cools palm during gaming
The Feinmann F01 integrates a 40mm NF-A4x10 5V PWM axial fan inside the chassis. The fan blows air directly onto the palm to reduce moisture. A motion sensor stops the fan when the hand is lifted, saving power. Users can adjust fan speed across five levels via a button or software.
Specifications
- Sensor: XS-2 optical sensor, up to 42000 DPI
- Polling Rate: 8000 Hz
- Weight: 73 grams
- Fan: NF-A4x10 5V PWM axial fan
- Connectivity: USB-C
The mouse weighs 73 grams thanks to a carbon composite exoskeleton shell. It uses an XS-2 optical sensor capable of up to 42,000 DPI and supports an 8,000 Hz polling rate. Connectivity is via USB-C.
Noctua plans to launch the Feinmann F01 in late June through July 2026. The reference price is 200 EUR (about $232). Availability is expected globally.
This is Noctua's first venture into gaming peripherals, leveraging its expertise in cooling. The company is best known for high-end CPU coolers and case fans. The Feinmann F01 aims to solve a specific ergonomic issue rather than compete on raw specs alone.
The Feinmann F01 is a wired mouse with an integrated fan for active palm cooling. It offers high DPI and polling rate for competitive gaming. The launch is set for summer 2026 at a premium price point.
