Acer is expanding its laptop lineup at Computex with a mix of budget, business, and enthusiast models. The company is using the event to showcase hardware from Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm. This approach lets Acer target different buyer groups without relying on a single platform.

New devices span budget Snapdragon options to enthusiast RTX 5090 gaming rigs
The new devices include the Swift series based on Intel Core Series 3 processors. The Aspire Go 15 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon C-Series chip. Business travelers get the TravelMate P2 Spin 14, while gamers can look at the Predator Helios 18 AI and Nitro 16.
The Swift lineup offers up to an Intel Core 7 processor with 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory. Storage starts at 512 GB on a base model. The display tops out at 14 inches with a 1920×1200 resolution. These specs target everyday computing and light productivity.
The Aspire Go 15 features an eight-core Qualcomm CPU paired with 8 GB of memory. It is priced near $399 US, making it one of the first low-cost Snapdragon laptops. The TravelMate P2 Spin 14 adds Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 to its Core 7 setup. It also supports up to a 1 TB SSD for heavy data storage.
The Predator Helios 18 AI packs an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX CPU with an RTX 5090 GPU. Memory can reach 64 GB of DDR5, and storage goes up to 2 TB. The Nitro 16 uses an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor with an RTX 5080 GPU. These machines target high-performance gaming and content creation.

Acer is positioning these laptops against competitors in the budget and enthusiast markets. The Swift and Aspire Go models compete on price and platform diversity. The Predator and Nitro lines focus on raw performance and premium components.
