ProArtist has launched the G6 PRO air cooler, a budget-friendly option for PC builders who need reliable cooling without breaking the bank. The new cooler is already available in China for 349 CNY (around $52.09). This price point makes it an accessible upgrade for users looking to replace stock coolers on mid-range processors.

ProArtist G6 PRO air cooler launches with 280W TDP and dual-tower design
The G6 PRO utilizes a dual-tower design equipped with six heat pipes to manage heat dissipation. ProArtist rates the cooler for a total thermal design power (TDP) of 280W. This specification suggests it can handle the heat output of high-performance CPUs in the Intel and AMD ecosystems.
Specifications
- Cooling Type: Air Cooler
- Design: Dual Tower, 6 Heat Pipes
- TDP Rating: 280W
- Fan Configuration: 12cm + 13cm Dual Fans
- Socket Support: Intel LGA 1700/1851, AMD AM5
Cooling performance relies on two TonicFan series fans with different sizes and speeds. The rear fan measures 130x130x25mm and runs up to 1600 RPM for 75 CFM airflow. The front fan is slightly smaller at 130x120x25mm, spinning up to 2500 RPM to push 84 CFM of air. This asymmetrical fan layout helps clear tall RAM modules, offering up to 38mm of clearance.
The cooler supports Intel LGA 1700 and LGA 1851 sockets, as well as AMD AM5. The heat pipes feature a reverse gravity design and nickel plating to prevent oxidation. ProArtist claims each heat pipe can theoretically transfer 50W of heat. These components work together to maintain stable temperatures under load.
We previously tracked the GEEKOM GeekBook M14 laptop starts at while covering similar hardware launches. The G6 PRO joins that lineup as a dedicated desktop cooling solution. It offers a practical, no-frills approach to air cooling for budget-conscious builders.
