PCcooler (CPS) released the RZ700D Pro ARGB processor cooler on April 20. The company announced the product for the Chinese market earlier this month. The cooler now ships on major e-commerce platforms.
The unit measures 122 by 111 by 159.5 millimeters. It features a thick single tower design with dual fans. The tower contains seven heat pipes and a nickel-plated thin copper base. The heat pipes use CH-TCB technology to reduce individual pipe width. This design allows more heat pipes to contact the processor heat spreader. The top cover is a CNC machined aluminum magnetic piece.

The cooler includes Optical Wing F7 X120B series 12028 thickened double ball bearing fans. The fans mount without clips. PCcooler arranges the fans in a push-pull airflow configuration. One fan faces forward and the other faces backward. The fans operate at a 150 RPM speed differential to avoid resonance.

The RZ700D Pro ARGB costs 469 CNY for the black version. The white version costs 479 CNY. These prices apply to the Chinese market. The pricing reflects the final cost for consumers.

The CH-TCB process improves heat pipe utilization efficiency by increasing contact area with the processor. The push-pull fan arrangement and speed differential aim to stabilize airflow. The product targets users seeking efficient single-tower cooling with ARGB lighting.
