MSI has released the Katana 16 Dragon Princess Limited Edition 2026 in China, targeting gamers who want a high-refresh-rate display without paying a premium price. The laptop ships with a powerful Intel Core i9-14900HX processor and a 16-inch 2.5K screen that runs at 240Hz. This combination lets players run competitive titles at high frame rates while keeping the entry cost relatively low.

The device sits in MSI’s Katana lineup as a limited-edition model featuring a specific aesthetic theme. It pairs the Intel Core i9-14900HX CPU with an NVIDIA GPU identified in the source as the RTX 5060. The system includes 16GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD for storage.

MSI designed the chassis to be thin and light for a gaming laptop of this class. The unit measures 21.95mm in thickness and weighs 2.3kg. It houses an 80Whr battery and supports a total power release of 200W, split between 85W for the CPU and 115W for the GPU.
The display covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut to ensure accurate visuals. Connectivity options include two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C ports, three USB 3.2 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, an RJ45 Ethernet jack, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
