The platform connects with over 50 device ecosystems and services, including Apple Health, Fitbit, and Oura. It also pulls data from more than 50,000 hospitals through Microsoft's HealthEx integration. The service integrates directly into the Copilot interface, allowing users to view health insights while maintaining their regular workflow.

Responses are generated using sources from credible health organizations across 50 countries. The system may include Harvard Health answer cards to supplement its analysis. Data processing occurs in a secure environment isolated from general Copilot chat history and is not used for advertising or AI model training.

The service requires an active Microsoft 365 subscription and is restricted to US residents. The feature is provided at no additional cost to subscribers of current Microsoft 365 personal or enterprise accounts. Availability extends only to the United States at this time.
