has started selling the ThinkPad X9 15P Aura Edition globally. The laptop was first presented at CES 2026. It is now available in North America, the UK, Australia, and the Eurozone.

OLED display and Core Ultra X7 processor

The ThinkPad X9 15P Aura Edition features a 15.3-inch OLED display with 2.8K resolution. The panel covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color space and offers a 30-120 Hz variable refresh rate. Peak brightness reaches 500 nits in SDR mode and 1100 nits in HDR. The laptop is powered by an Core Ultra X7 358H processor with 16 cores. It includes an Intel Arc B390 iGPU with 12 Xe3 cores. Memory is LPDDR5X-9600, and the battery capacity is 88 Wh.

In North America, the single configuration comes with 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, priced at 2899 USD (about $2,899) in the US and 4029 CAD (about $2,947) in Canada. Other regions offer configurations with up to 64 GB of RAM and non-touch displays. Pricing is 3020 GBP (about $4,109) in the UK, 3582 AUD (about $2,595) in Australia, and between 2862 and 3549 EUR in the Eurozone.

Future variants with Core Ultra 5 338H, Core Ultra X7 368H, and Core Ultra X9 388H processors are expected. According to Notebookcheck, the Core Ultra X7 358H is the slowest of any Core Ultra X processor launched to date, but the Arc B390 iGPU has performed well in testing. Lenovo has not confirmed the availability of those future configurations.
