I-O Data Device introduces the LCD-GD243UD series of 23.8-inch Full HD gaming monitors designed for competitive play. The lineup targets Japanese buyers with a focus on reducing input lag and smoothing motion in fast-paced titles.
The new lineup targets Japanese buyers with ultra-low latency and adaptive sync support for competitive gaming.
The series includes three distinct models: the LCD-GD243UDB, LCD-GD243UDW, and LCD-GD243UDB-F. All units share identical display panels and internal processing cores while varying only in their mounting hardware.
Each monitor features a 1920 by 1080 resolution panel that runs at a 240Hz refresh rate. The manufacturer specifies a 0.2ms response time and lists NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible support for adaptive sync technology. Internal latency sits at approximately 0.05 frames, which translates to roughly 0.19 milliseconds of processing delay.
I-O Data Device adds overdrive controls and Clear AIM motion blur reduction to the panel settings. Night Clear Vision 2 technology boosts brightness in dark scenes without washing out the image. The LCD-GD243UDB and LCD-GD243UDW models come with fixed stands, while the LCD-GD243UDB-F model ships with a dedicated gaming stand.
The monitors are available exclusively in Japan. I-O Data Device has not released specific pricing or release dates for these units yet.
