Huawei unveiled its AI DC Data Infrastructure Full-Stack Solution on May 22. The vendor positions this release as a comprehensive package designed to accelerate the construction of modern artificial intelligence data centers.
New storage and compute platform accelerates modern data center construction
The storage component, OceanStor Pacific, achieves a capacity density of 11PB per 2U chassis. Huawei claims this high density delivers optimal total cost of ownership for large-scale deployments. The solution introduces Context Memory Storage as an industry-first feature for heterogeneous computing environments. This technology reduces first-token latency during inference by up to 90 percent.

The AI Data Platform integrates a knowledge base that maintains retrieval accuracy above 95 percent. It also improves inference precision by 30 percent compared to previous iterations. ModelEngine Nexent supports zero-code model adaptation and deployment capabilities. The platform reduces the Agent development cycle by 80 percent. XPU cards within the system support splitting ratios of up to 1:10.
Huawei states that these performance metrics stem from internal testing and projections. Independent verification of the claimed efficiency improvements remains unavailable at this time.
