HEXGEARS has released the North Star 68, a 68-key gaming keyboard designed for competitive players who need faster response times. The device targets esports users by offering an 8kHz polling rate and precise Rapid Trigger adjustments that reduce input lag. This hardware update matters because it allows gamers to customize actuation points down to 0.01mm for faster in-game reactions.

The keyboard utilizes Kaihua Purple Magnetic switches housed within a full aluminum chassis. HEXGEARS constructed the body using 220-mesh anodized aluminum with detachable metal side plates and a carbon fiber front plate. The design includes a fixed 45-degree wrist rest and an aluminum alloy backplate for structural stability.
