Herman Miller has launched the Coyl gaming desk, positioning it as a more affordable option compared to its Motia model. The new product targets gamers and remote workers seeking an adjustable workspace with integrated power management.
Adjustable workspace for gamers and remote workers
The desk measures 60 by 28.5 inches and offers a height adjustment range from 22.5 to 48.5 inches. Users control the elevation using a rotary dial that provides tactile feedback, though it lacks memory settings for preset heights. The tabletop supports up to 90 kg of weight.

Buyers can choose between four laminate finishes: Clear on Ash, Studio White, Medium Matte Walnut, and Ultra Black. The powder-coated steel legs come in black or white. A red coiled power cable with an integrated power strip connects directly to the desk frame for convenient device charging.
Pricing starts at $1,095 USD (about $1,095) for the base model. Adding a cable trough increases the cost to $1,475 USD (about $1,475). A bundle with additional accessories reaches $1,635 USD (about $1,635), while the full accessory package totals $1,825 USD (about $1,825).
The Coyl desk is available for purchase through the Herman Miller website. The company has not confirmed specific launch dates or regional availability beyond this online channel.
