Cosplayer Zibartas has built a Cyberpunk 2077 NUSA Infiltrator jacket that features a functional flexible OLED collar display. The wearable project allows users to play games directly on the collar using a Steam Controller. The creator developed the hardware and software integration to bring the fictional game interface into reality.

Four flexible OLED displays cost $1,200 total and run on dual Raspberry Pi 4s.

The collar contains four flexible OLED displays, each costing approximately $300 for a total of around $1,200. Dual Raspberry Pi 4 single-board computers drive the screens. Zibartas found that the older Pi 4 models handled hardware decoding better than the newer Pi 5 for this specific application. The system runs on two power banks hidden in the jacket's mid-lower back pockets.

Powering the displays and LEDs provides about three hours of battery life. Syncing the screens required switching from a direct gigabit network to pure hardware GPIO pulses controlled by Python. Zibartas noted that the initial network approach added too much overhead for smooth operation. The creator also included a 3D printed shoulder-mounted radar jammer with LED indicators.

The jacket currently displays a pre-baked animation loop on the screens. Zibartas stated that the and HDMI-capable setup leaves room for further development, though gaming functionality has been demonstrated. The project highlights the intersection of cosplay craftsmanship and custom PC hardware integration.
