Bosgame has launched the VTA-439, a mini PC that brings external GPU support to the compact form factor. The system can drive an RTX 5090 via its OCuLink port, making it a versatile option for users who need both portability and high-end graphics.

OCuLink port enables external GPU support
The VTA-439 is built around the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, which combines 12 cores and 24 threads with a Radeon 890M integrated GPU. The CPU uses a hybrid architecture with four Zen 5 performance cores and eight Zen 5c efficiency cores, reaching a maximum boost clock of 5.2 GHz.
Specifications
- Processor: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 (12 cores, 24 threads, up to 5.2 GHz)
- Memory: Up to 256 GB DDR5-5600 (dual SODIMM slots)
- Storage: Up to 12 TB (three M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe slots)
- OCuLink: PCIe 4.0 x4 for external GPU (up to RTX 5090)
- AI Compute: 86 TOPS total (55 TOPS NPU)
Memory capacity is a standout feature: the mini PC supports up to 256 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM across two SODIMM slots. Storage is equally generous, with three M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe slots that can hold up to 12 TB total.
AI performance reaches 86 TOPS
The OCuLink port runs at PCIe 4.0 x4 and is rated for external GPUs as powerful as the RTX 5090. For networking, the VTA-439 includes a Realtek 2.5 Gbps Ethernet controller, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
AI performance is a key selling point. The integrated NPU delivers 55 TOPS, and total AI compute reaches 86 TOPS. According to Bosgame, this enables local execution of models like Llama 3 8B, ComfyUI for image generation, and OpenAI Whisper for speech transcription.
The 32 GB RAM plus 1 TB SSD configuration is priced at 1049 USD (about $1,049). Pre-orders opened globally on June 4, 2025. Bosgame claims the integrated Radeon 890M graphics perform roughly on par with an NVIDIA GTX 1650.
