ASUS unveils TUF Gaming A17 Ryzen Edition with AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX

has launched the TUF Gaming A17, a new gaming laptop featuring an 9 9955HX processor. The device was officially introduced on May 6 as part of the company's latest hardware lineup.

The system is powered by an RTX 5060 or RTX 5070 graphics card with 8GB of VRAM. Memory and storage are configured with 16GB of RAM and a 1TB drive.

Power management limits for the machine are set to 180W total, with specific allocations of 90W for the CPU and 115W for the GPU. The laptop includes an internal 80Wh battery and weighs approximately 2.25kg.

The display features a 16-inch QHD+ panel with a 300Hz refresh rate and AGLR technology. Connectivity options include USB-C ports running at 10Gbps, as Thunderbolt 4 has been downgraded for this model.
