ASUS ROG 20th Anniversary Bundle Price Jumps $500 After Canceled Pre-Order

ASUS canceled a pre-order for its ROG 20th Anniversary Bundle after a buyer paid the original price, leaving the customer without the hardware. The same bundle now lists for $500 more on Newegg, raising the total cost to $10,849.96. This price jump matters to high-end builders who were hoping to secure the complete system at launch rates. Buyers should check current listings carefully, as component costs have shifted since the initial release.

Newegg relists the complete system at a higher total cost following a canceled order

The bundle combines five specific ROG components into a single package. It features the ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Edition 20 graphics card. The system also includes the ROG Crosshair X870E Edition 20 motherboard. Users get the ROG Ryujin 360 Edition 20 cooler for thermal management. The package is completed with the ROG Thor 3000W Titanium III Edition 20 power supply and the ROG GR20 Edition 20 case.

• Bundle Price (Original): $10,349.96
• Bundle Price (Current): $10,849.96
• Price Increase: $500
• GPU Component: ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Edition 20
• Motherboard Component: ROG Crosshair X870E Edition 20

The entire $500 price increase comes from the graphics card alone. The ROG Astral RTX 5090 Edition 20 now lists for $5,999.99. This represents a rise from an implied original price of $5,499.99. The other four components in the bundle appear to have held their original prices. The total bundle price moved from $10,349.96 to $10,849.96.

ASUS generated tracking information around the estimated August 7 shipping date for some orders. A Redditor shared that their specific order was canceled and never arrived. The source does not specify if the cancellation resulted from a pricing error or stock issues. Some customers who ordered the same bundle received their orders successfully. The company relisted the bundle at the higher price point on Newegg.
