ID-COOLING has released the AM-120, a standard thickness 120mm cooling fan that follows the company's earlier thin-profile AM-120-SLIM model. The new unit expands the product line with a thicker chassis designed for broader compatibility in standard PC cases.

The AM-120 features a 7-blade ring structure with thickened blades to improve airflow efficiency. It uses a hydraulic bearing system optimized for quiet operation and connects via a standard 4-pin PWM header for speed control.
Spec comparison
- Model: AM-120
- Dimensions: 120mm×120mm×25mm
- Blade Design: 7-blade ring structure
- Bearing Type: Hydraulic bearing
- Interface: 4Pin PWM
Dimensions measure 120mm by 120mm by 25mm, providing a compact footprint that fits most standard mounting points. The fan supports a variable speed range from 0 to 2500 RPM with a tolerance of plus or minus 10 percent. At maximum speed, it delivers an airflow of 79.7 CFM and a static pressure of 3.65 mmH2O.
Noise output remains at or below 31 dB(A) across the operating range. The hydraulic bearing design helps maintain stability and reduce vibration over time. The fan ships with a one-year warranty from ID-COOLING.

Pricing for the AM-120 starts at 59 CNY for the black version and reaches 64 CNY for the white variant. These prices are available through third-party retailers on JD.com in China. The previous thin-profile AM-120-SLIM model launched earlier this month with pricing between 35 and 39 CNY.
