AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT and RX 9060 XT graphics cards have seen significant price drops in the Japanese market, falling below their manufacturer suggested retail prices.

Japanese retailers sell RDNA 4 GPUs at a loss to recover investments as demand dwindles.

The RX 9070 XT now sells for as low as 87,800 Yen (about $552), which is well under its original MSRP of 112,980 Yen. The AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB has also dropped to around 52,800 Yen (about $332), matching its initial launch price.

Retailers are reportedly selling these RDNA 4 GPUs at a loss to recover their investments as demand dwindles. This trend highlights the pressure on Japanese retailers to move inventory despite softer market conditions for high-end graphics hardware.
