Fujitsu and Trasco Nakayama Launch AI HR Transfer Support App

Fujitsu and Trasco Nakayama have launched an AI-driven HR transfer support application to streamline workforce management processes.

AI-driven app cuts HR transfer proposal creation by 98%

The system runs on Fujitsu Data Intelligence PaaS, part of the Uvance business model platform. Development took approximately four months with on-site engineering support. The software consolidates scattered human resources data into a single centralized management system. It uses a proprietary mathematical optimization model to generate placement proposals based on employee traits and skills.

Trasco Nakayama began using the application in April 2026 for its HR transfer operations. The company reports that the tool reduces workload for creating transfer proposals by approximately ninety-eight percent. An integrated AI chat function allows staff to review suggestions and finalize decisions more quickly.

Fujitsu has not disclosed the technical specifications of its mathematical optimization model. The proprietary nature of the algorithm limits independent verification of how the system processes data.
