The device measures 130 by 126 by 50.4 millimeters. It weighs 0.6 kilograms. The system includes two DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM memory slots. It provides two M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 SSD slots for storage. The cooling system combines phase-change thermal interface material with a turbo fan. The manufacturer lists the noise level at less than 45 decibels.
Minisforum offers the M1 Lite-125U in three configurations for the China market. The barebone system costs 2119 CNY. A model with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD retails for 4199 CNY. The top configuration includes 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD for 4699 CNY. All prices are listed in Chinese yuan.
