TerraMaster released a new version of its F4-425 Plus four-bay NAS on April 20. The updated model features an Intel N95 processor and 8GB of RAM. Intel N95 processor The company announced the new hardware configuration and pricing for the Chinese market on the same day.
The TerraMaster F4-425 Plus supports four 3.5-inch SATA drive bays. It also includes three M.2 slots for PCIe 3.0×1 solid-state drives. The maximum storage capacity reaches 144TB. The system runs the TOS 6 operating system.
The device provides two 5GbE RJ45 network ports. It includes three USB-A 10Gbps ports and one USB-C 10Gbps port. A single HDMI video output is also available. TerraMaster claims the hardware can decode 4K video.

The base system without drives costs 2899 CNY (about $424). Prices increase based on the included Western Digital Red hard drives. Configurations with one 4TB drive cost 4049 CNY (about $592). Configurations with two 4TB drives cost 5199 CNY (about $760).
Systems with three 4TB drives are priced at 6349 CNY (about $928). The four 4TB drive configuration costs 7499 CNY (about $1,100). Options with one 8TB drive cost 5299 CNY (about $775). Two 8TB drives cost 7699 CNY (about $1,130).
The three 8TB drive configuration costs 10099 CNY (about $1,480). The top-tier model with four 8TB drives costs 12499 CNY (about $1,830). The new F4-425 Plus version is available in China starting April 20.
