is launching a workstation built to run massive AI models on your own hardware. This matters because it brings trillion-parameter model execution out of the cloud and into a single desktop unit. Buyers who need heavy local compute can now access this power without relying on external servers.

The new machine is called the Threadripper Halo Station. It relies on a 96-core Threadripper PRO processor as its central brain. AMD introduced this system at IFA 2026 to target high-end professional workflows.
