Keychron has launched the J9 Ultra 8K, a low-profile mechanical keyboard designed to sit on top of a laptop keyboard. The 75% layout board comes with pre-installed macOS keycaps and includes replacement keycaps.

Ultra-thin design at 12mm

The keyboard measures 12mm thick and weighs about 630g. It uses Keychron Milk POM low-profile switches and PBT double-shot keycaps. A steel positioning plate and a five-layer sound-absorbing fill are built in, along with ARGB backlighting.
