Radxa DragonStation and DragonBay: Qualcomm-Powered fnOS NAS Models Teased

Radxa has teased two new NAS models powered by Qualcomm hardware and running the fnOS operating system. The DragonStation is a 6-bay all-flash high-performance unit, while the DragonBay is a 4-bay mainstream model.

Two NAS models target different market segments

The DragonStation features an Arm SoC with a big-core CPU, six M.2 SSD slots, and 10Gb networking. It can run 120B AI models locally when paired with an accelerator card. The DragonBay targets mainstream users with four storage bays and an internal design that offers expansion potential.

Radxa plans to showcase the DragonStation and DragonBay at the Qualcomm and Radxa AI Developer Day event in Shenzhen, which is scheduled for the end of May 2026.

The two models target different segments of the NAS market. The DragonStation is aimed at users who need high performance and AI capabilities, while the DragonBay is designed for more typical storage needs. Radxa has not confirmed exact launch dates or pricing for either model.
