CPS is expanding its cooling lineup for AI workstations with four new models that ship starting July 24, 2026. This release gives system integrators more options for high-density server racks where space and thermal management are critical. Buyers can now choose between air and liquid solutions that target specific socket generations without redesigning their chassis.
New air and liquid cooling options ship July 24 for server integrators
The new portfolio includes two air coolers, the TR620M X and TS700D, alongside two all-in-one liquid coolers, the LR360S and LR480S. These units rely on Japanese-made dual ball bearing fans to maintain stability under continuous load. The design prioritizes large copper baseplates to maximize heat transfer from the processor to the cooling medium.

The TR620M X air cooler stands 115mm tall and pushes up to 105.42 CFM of airflow. Its fan speed ranges from 1,000 to 5,000 RPM, creating a noise level between 15.1 and 45.66 dBA. The TS700D air cooler delivers up to 88.42 CFM in standard mode or 88.1 CFM in reverse blade mode, with fan speeds between 800 and 3,000 RPM.
The liquid cooling options feature narrow radiators designed for tight server environments. The LR360S radiator measures 120mm wide, 397mm deep, and 38mm thick. The larger LR480S radiator expands the depth to 517mm while keeping the same width and thickness. Both air and liquid models support a wide range of Intel and AMD sockets, including LGA3647, LGA4677, sTRX4, sWRX8, TR4, TR5, SP3, SP5, and SP6.
Pricing in Japan reflects the tiered performance of the units. The TR620M X air cooler costs 10,980 JPY (around $67.72). The TS700D air cooler is priced at 14,980 JPY (around $92.40). The LR360S liquid cooler retails for 45,980 JPY (around $284), and the LR480S costs 54,980 JPY (around $339). All four models go on sale in Japan on July 24, 2026.
