AI-driven simulation replaces physical prototyping for OLED manufacturing

The core technology enabling these savings is Virtual Design Verification (VDE). This system uses high-precision simulation to evaluate multiple design proposals simultaneously, effectively replacing the need for physical prototyping during the development phase. By simulating outcomes digitally, LG Display can identify and correct design flaws before committing resources to physical production runs.
