Corsair has introduced the AX1600i SHIFT, a new power supply unit that updates its flagship AX1600i line with ATX 3.X compliance and Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology. The company also revealed the HX1000i SHIFT CRYSTAL edition featuring a transparent chassis design.

The AX1600i SHIFT delivers 1600 watts of power while maintaining a compact 170mm length. It features a side-exit modular layout designed to accommodate two 12V-2×6 connectors for modern GPUs. The unit achieved Cybenetics Titanium certification at full load.
Corsair expanded its SHIFT lineup with the HX1000i SHIFT CRYSTAL, which offers 1000 watts and Cybenetics Platinum certification. The company also updated its RM series with a 1200W RMe model and introduced ThermalProtect over-temperature protection for the RM850e and RM1000e variants.
