ZhiTai Ti600s SSD Adds 512GB Model for Around $111

ZHITAI has expanded its Ti600s solid-state drive lineup with a new 512GB capacity option. This addition gives budget-conscious builders a larger storage tier for entry-level NVMe systems. The drive ships in China starting September 21, 2024.

New 512GB capacity option joins the Ti600s QLC lineup

The Ti600s 512GB model uses an M.2 2280 form factor and connects via a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface. It supports the NVMe 2.0 protocol for modern system compatibility. The drive relies on Xtacking 4.0 QLC NAND flash memory for storage.
