Microsoft has released a non-security update for Windows 11, KB5089573, targeting versions 24H2 and 25H2 (builds 26200.8524 and 26100.8524).

New non-security update brings Bluetooth LE Audio support, NPU tracking in Task Manager, and faster app launch speeds for Windows 11 versions 24H2 and 25H2.

This update introduces Shared Audio support using Bluetooth LE Audio broadcast technology to stream audio from a single PC to two headphones simultaneously.

Task Manager now includes optional columns for NPU usage, NPU Engine, NPU Dedicated Memory, NPU Shared Memory, and Isolation on the Processes, Users, Details, and Performance pages.
