SilverStone introduced the ECL02 network card on May 22. The company released details about this new PCIe add-in card designed for desktop computers.

New PCIe add-in card for desktop computers uses Realtek RTL8126 chipset and single 5GbE RJ45 port.

The device uses a Realtek RTL8126 chipset to deliver connectivity through a single 5GbE RJ45 port. It connects via a PCIe Gen3 x1 interface and follows the half-height half-length form factor. The physical dimensions measure 120 by 18 by 72 millimeters.

The card supports IEEE 802.3 network standards along with several energy-saving modes. It includes Wake-on-LAN capabilities, RealWoW remote wake-up functionality, and PXE network boot support. Users can also utilize the Realtek Dragon feature bandwidth management software for traffic control.

LED indicators on the board display green light during full-speed operation and blue light at all other times. The vendor has not confirmed a specific launch year or retail pricing for this hardware.
